MINIMUM WAGES OF ALL 36 STATES: MOST LATEST As On 1.12.2015

I am attaching the most latest information on the Minimum Wages of all the 36 States of India, as applicable on 01.12.2015, in the attached Table. The table is based on the authentic information provided by Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, the Minister of State (IC) for Ministry Labour and Employment in reply to a question in Lok Sabha on 07.12.2015.

Please give the Industrial wise minimum wages as per the ACT IN 2016.

Minimum wages of broad categories have already been provided. Better try to do some home work yourself also.

Do the minimum wages mentioned in the attached list include VDA or not?
If not, what is the VDA and Cost of living allowance applicable to the state of Karnataka?

As a labour law consultant, do you think that the minimum wages of any state are fixed or revised from time to time without taking in to account the cost of living index and whether the DA is not based on Cost of Living Index?
