Payment Of Bonus (amendment) Bill 2015 As Passed - PDF Download

The bonus ceiling limit increased from Rs 3500 to Rs 7000. In my organization the basic of some employees were less than Rs. 7000 (i.e. 6240) in the finalcial year 2015-2016.
Now my question is that on which sealing I need to calculate bonus?
on Rs 7000 or on Rs. 6240?
can anyone help me?

You have to do calculation on 6240
It's Maximum limit not minimum...

its upto you that whether you do 20 % or 8.33%

what about the applicability status of this amendment at Delhi NCR location as still is doubtful whether we have to take this effect from April, 2014 or not?

Please help me because Minimum Wages Are Higher Than Rs. 7000/- In Haryana For Engineering Industries & It Revised Two Times In A Year I.E Wef jan And Wef july Every Year.
So How We Should Do Calculation. Should We Take Yearly Average In this Case Or Should Take Monthly Minimum Wages For Calculation Purpose. Minimum Wages are Different For Unskilled/Semiskilled/Skilled Category.
Who take minimum wage unskilled-8280/ semiskilled-8694/skilled-9585. so please help me.
