How Can I Fix Name Errors in KYC Documents After Approval on the OTCP Portal?

Hi,

I have updated KYC documents on the OTCP portal, but the spelling of 2-3 employees' names is incorrect. Kindly confirm how I can correct the same after the approval of KYC.

I am attaching herewith a form by which you can do the same. In this form, you have to take the declaration from the employee itself and provide one ID proof for validation of the same. After verifying the form, it will be approved by the employer and submitted to the concerned department.

The attached form is for our region/area, but you can request it from your area office.
