Resolution of Full and Final Payment Dispute: Steps and Advice

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I have resigned from my last job, but I have not received my full and final payment. I was employed with the company from 28/02/2007 to 08/08/2015. As of today, I have not yet received my full and final payment, and my arrears from Jan-2015 to July-2015 are also pending. Please assist me with this matter. If legal action is necessary, kindly provide me with the online help email ID.

Hi Buddy,

Before initiating legal action, I suggest that you write a letter to convey your grievances. Send the letter to the Head of HR and also send a copy to the Managing Director of the organization. Additionally, send copies to the Assistant Labour Commissioner and the Regional Labour Commissioner who have jurisdiction over the organization.

I agree with Mr. Kumaran; you need to give a chance to your HR Dept to settle the payment due, but at the same time, mark a copy to the Asst Labour Commissioner.
