Struggling to Find Job-Seeking Candidates: What Else Can I Try?

Please help me out to search suitable resumes of candidates who are looking for jobs. I have tried job postings over job portals, sending emails through mailers, searching CVs from portals, and downloading them to give to my team for calling. I have also posted the requirements on LinkedIn and Facebook. None of the techniques are helping us out.

Dear Mitali, It is not clear from your statement for which profiles and at which levels you are searching for candidates. There are thousands of candidates looking for job changes every day. Without knowing specific requirements, it is difficult to assist you effectively.

Main Issues to Address

Please note that the main issues need to be carefully addressed. These could include CV issues, calling/pitching problems, no-shows, small company size, low salary packages, or location constraints. Hi Mr. Roy, Thank you for your response. Our main issue is a low turnout problem. We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Linux Engineers (3-5 years)

Skills required:
- Strong Linux background
- Scripting (Shell or any language)
- Experience with JBoss, MySQL, Oracle, etc. (3-tier applications), Apache, Nginx, Apache Load Balancer, Node.js, Nagios, etc.
- Linux-based software operation management, deployment, and support
- 3-4 years L1 (up to 20K/month), 5-6 years L2 (up to 30K/month)
- Team player
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams

PHP - Team Leader (4-5 years)

Skills: Good experience in web development (PHP, MySQL, Joomla, Magento, Sugar CRM, V-Tiger)

JAVA Developer (1-2 years)

Experienced in ERP & HRMS domain

Skills: Servlets, JSP, EJB, Jasper Report or iReport, Struts

Android Developers: 2-4 years of experience

- Should have worked with API & Android SDK
- Must have experience in integrating third-party APIs
- Knowledge of Android Google Map.
- Basic knowledge in PHP, and understanding of JSON and XML for integration of Android & PHP.
