Choosing Between Regular and Correspondence MBA
It is always good if you pursue an MBA in regular mode, as all good companies nowadays prefer candidates who have completed their MBA through regular mode. However, there are many companies whose main focus is on experience rather than the mode of your qualification. In these cases, a correspondence MBA will serve the purpose.
Since you already have 3 years of experience in this field, you may pursue a correspondence course without taking a break from your corporate career. If you opt for a regular program, you will need to take a break of 2 years and start your career from the beginning, as in many interview instances, your experience may not be considered.
Additionally, if you are working with a consultancy, have a low salary, and are young, it is advisable to pursue an MBA in regular mode as you have time on your side.
