Hi seniors, I have completed my MBA in HR in 2010. Subsequently, I worked as an HR professional at a construction company for less than 6 months. Following this, I served as an Operations Manager at NIIT institutions for 2 years. I then ventured into the restaurant business, which I have been successfully running to date. Now, I am contemplating leaving my current business to return to a career in HR. I am feeling anxious about re-entering the HR field and starting from scratch.
