How Do I Register a New Company for PF and ESIC? Need Quick Guidance!

Dear Colleagues and Senior Members,

What is the procedure for registering a new establishment/company for PF and ESIC? A quick response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Now both have to be registered online itself.
