Struggling with ESIC E-Payment? How to Fix Challan Download Issues

We are unable to download/open the challan of ESIC for e-payment. After logging in with the company's ID and captcha, when the challan number, amount, and month appear, we click on the challan number to open it for payment, but it does not open. Many times, it shows a remote server error. How can we open it? Please suggest.

Above is the message from the ESIC website. Please wait. We are also facing the same problem from the 15th.
