I was working as a content writer with a private travel firm. After working there for over one year, I resigned from the company, mostly because of the delay in salary. I submitted my resignation and agreed to serve a one-month notice period. During the notice period, I served for only one week and went on leave for 10 days. After that, I did not return to work. Now, I am asking for my 15 days' dues, which the company is not releasing. Furthermore, the company does not deduct any PF despite having a workforce of more than 12 people. Please guide me on what I should do.
