How Should I Tackle My MBA Project on Total Quality Management in BSNL's New Services?

I am working in BSNL as a Junior Telecom Officer and pursuing an MBA. I have chosen my project topic as "Total Quality Management in New Services of BSNL." I am seeking suggestions on how to approach my project. Please send your ideas and tips.

In my project, the new services are targeted towards ISDN, Broadband, and Leased Lines (Data Circuits) for organizations such as banks and insurance companies for their real-time networking.

Hi everyone! I am new to this site and very happy to find it because of my MBA! Anyway, I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me start writing my MBA project, which is named "TQM - How to Implement in a Company?". I have no experience in TQM, and it is not related to my current job, so I have no idea where to start. Basically, I need some kind of case study on how TQM is implemented in some business (i.e., a university).

Another problem that I face is that in my country (BiH), it is practically impossible to find any company with TQM implemented because we are just in the process of starting to implement ISO standards (very slowly), and there are no books in my own language about TQM, so I have to read all this in English. I hope somebody will help me to finally start my project!
