Really strange request. Why would you need jargon? HR is supposed to simplify communication to employees, which in turn leads to better transparency in the organization.

Interestingly, the thesaurus in MS Word gives "jargon" as an alternative word for "terminology," but not the other way around. Just my thoughts.
