Guidelines for Creating an Honesty Appreciation Letter for an Employees Ethical Behavior

This is Venkata Rami Reddy, working in the HR department. One of our employees found a bag containing Rs. 10 lakhs on our organization's premises, and we are planning to give an appreciation letter to that employee. Could somebody please send the format for an honesty appreciation letter?

A simple letter addressed to the employee will be enough. However, ensure it is presented by the CEO in a decent-sized gathering and made known to all in company bulletins.

Simply state the facts: a bundle of money amounting to Rs. 10 lakhs was found lying in the company premises and was honestly returned by the employee to the company officials, who then returned the money to the rightful owners.

Incidentally, how did someone leave such a huge sum in the office premises?
