Honesty Appreciation Letter

Greetings of the day!!!
This is Venkata Rami Reddy, working in HR department. One of our employee was found a bag having the Rs.10 lakhs in our organization premises, and we are planning to give appreciation letter to that employee. Can send any body the format of like honesty appreciation format please.

Simple letter addressed to the employee will be enough.But make sure it is given by the CEO in a decent sized gathering and nade known to all in company bulletins.
Simply state facts-that a bundle of money amounting to Rs10Lakhs was found lying in company premises and was honestly returned by the employee to the company officials who in turn returned money to rightful owners.
But incidenally what and how did someone leave such a huge sum in the office premises??
