How Can I Resolve My PF Transfer Issue After Leaving Without Notice?

Four months ago, I left my previous organization without completing the notice period. I now wish to transfer my PF to my current PF account. I applied for an online claim transfer, but the current status indicates that the "Claim Form was Rejected by Previous Employer."

Please advise me on what steps I can take to resolve this issue with my PF transfer.

If the previous employer rejects the transfer, while existing accounts are updated with UAN, Bank, etc. In that case, what should we do?
