Online PF Transfer - "Claim Form Rejected by Previous Employer"

Dear sir/mam, Before 4 months I left my previous organization without completing their notice period, now I want to transfer my PF to my current PF account. I applied online claim transfer but my current status shows that "Claim Form Rejected by Previous Employer" Now Please suggest me what can I do for my PF.

Pls confirm, whether your PF account is linked with UAN, Aadhar Card and Bank Account or not then only would be able to answer your query.
However your previous employer can't stop you in withdrawing or transferring your account.

If the previous employer rejects the transfer , while existing accounts are updated with UAN, Bank etc

The transfer claim form can be validated by present employer also to PF Authority but for that you need to choose current employer for verification while/after filling up the transfer claim form.
Status from previous employer may show rejected when digital signature is missing as to validate any claim online digital signature should be there and hence this might be one of the case of this rejection.Hence you may talk to them regarding this and let me know.....
