PF & ESI PROCESS - what activities are being handled in an entire month & how to proceed for it?

Can any one please suggest what is current slab for ESIC deduction and it is applicable on what type of salary (Net, CTC or Gross).

Please respected senior people, just give me details how I should start it? what should I do related to forms, challan and other formalities.
