PF & ESI PROCESS - what activities are being handled in an entire month & how to proceed for it?

DEAR FRIENDS, If any body is handling PF&ESI process of the organisation kindly tell me what activities are being handled in an entire month & how to proceed for it. Day by Day of Form by Form (Challan )etc. Also what is to be done half yearly and annually.

8. Halfyearly returns of ESIC (Form 6)
9. ESIC forms for newly joining covered under ESIC (Form 3)
10. PF (Form 13 for transfer of PF account)
