I think finding right talent is the most critical problem faced by today's organisations, companies like Interview Mocha - Pre-Employment Aptitude Test & Assessments are playing important role in helping companies screen wide pool of candidates in few hours to help them reach the right talent in no time.
Once any company has the right talent i believe all other problems can be taken care. The world is moving towards the Talent War.

Hi Sonika.. I did my research recently in the Age group and the generational differences. Its most evidently proved that organization must change their training methods based on the age group of the employees. Millennials prefer more specific(Personal) and technology based training than other generations.
Its better if you adapt and start giving training according to the age of the employees...!!
