How To Set Up A Chicken Processing Plant

Hi....I'm very fresh here.....wanna set up a chicken processing plant (hatchery + poultry +slaughtering + packaging + sales ) in Haldia (nearby Kolkata) , WB, India ....but dont know how to set up a factory .....want some chicken experts also ....anybody can help me plz ...!!!
