Hi seniors, I am struggling to find candidates after deciding to start up a recruitment agency. Since this is only a startup, I have not spent much on job portals and different marketing initiatives. I am trying to establish my online presence by creating a company website and advertising on various free platforms and social sites. I have also decided to focus solely on IT at the moment, working with very few clients. However, the issue I am facing is gathering candidates according to their requirements. It would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest some ways to perform well and help me establish myself.
