New EPFO Rule: How to Withdraw Your PF Without Employer Signature

saikishore608@gmail.com
Dear All,

Now the employee can withdraw the PF without the attestation of their previous employer. The new amendment was released by EPFO on 1st December 2015. Please find attached the new PF forms linked to the UAN Number.

Employees have to activate their UAN Number and link their Aadhaar and bank account numbers to the UAN Number to withdraw PF directly without the employer's signature.

Dear Mr. K. Saikishore,

Thank you for providing me with the information. I have a few inquiries:

1) Should we apply online through the UAN portal, or do we need to submit a hard copy application, such as Form 19 UAN and Form 10C UAN, to EPFO?

2) Is Form 31 UAN necessary to submit for PF withdrawal (in case of non-advance withdrawal)?

Kindly advise me on these matters.

Regards,
Eswar

Dear Sai and the rest of the community friends,

I have a related query, i.e., I want to withdraw PF from my ex-organization based in Haryana, which I left about 5 years back. The UAN number didn't exist then. They are dilly-dallying the matter. Now, in recent follow-up, they say that withdrawal is possible only when one reaches 58 years of age. Is it so? That seems too far away, and my need is now. Please help me with how I need to go about this.
