Tax Saving Beyond 2 Lacs..

Dear friends,
Greetings to all!!!
Can anyone suggest me the ways to save the tax beyond 2lac.
I have heard that tax exemption upto rs 1 lac is given if house loan is taken.
Are there any other ways/schemes for saving the tax after 2 lacs.
i also want to know whether conveyance,communication,LTA,medical is exempted from tax.
Hoping to get ur valuable suggestions.

I want information regarding tax savings beyond 2 lacs means what are the options available for saving the third lac for the income?

exemptions:
Conveyance is exempt upto 800 per month, i.e. 9600
Medical reimbursement is exempt upto 15000 per annum
LTA is exempt once in two years, includes travel cost within Indian.. plus there are other restrictions
Children education fees are also exempt to a certain limit
Upto 1.5 lakhs is exempt from tax if it is paid as interest on housing loan
deduction:
Upto 1 lakh can be saved under various schemes (under section 80c) and it avoids paying taxes on the savings. You get a rebate on tax payable.
