Seeking Guidance on Minimum Wages and Leave Rules for Factory Workers in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu

1. Please, I would like to know whether the Footwear Industry has been notified under the scheduled employment of the Minimum Wages Act of Andhra Pradesh. If so, please post the AP Government Gazette Notification. Otherwise, please furnish a copy of the Government Order applicable for all Manufacturing Industries in AP.

2. I would like to know the difference in leave applicability for Factory Workers in Andhra Pradesh vis-a-vis Tamil Nadu as per the provisions of the relevant Factories Rules. I want it along with an extracted copy of the notification. Please help me with this as I am new to Andhra Pradesh.

Thank you for the information on MW. However, my requirement is Government-specific latest G.O. for any Manufacturing Industry issued by the Labour and Employment Department of Andhra Pradesh, with the base year 1982 = 100 Cost Price Index number points for the year from January 2006 to September 2007.

If you could help me in providing this information, it would be greatly appreciated.
