Need Help with Gratuity Act Annual Return Format and Submission Deadlines?

I require the format of annual return under the Gratuity Act to submit, please provide if any. Also, mention the date of submission. Additionally, let me know if it has to be half-yearly/quarterly too. Furthermore, what should we do if we have not paid the gratuity in the same annual year for which we want to submit the return.

Hi,

Please note that there is no return required to be submitted under the Payment of Gratuity Act. You need to send only the copy of Payment of Gratuity in Form L to the authority.

Thank you for your reply, sir. The information is crucial for me. Thanks for the support. We have not paid gratuity to anyone till date, but a case is coming my way. I will pay him and submit the Form L after that. Thank you, sir.
