I need to study a merger/acquisition that has taken place in the recent past with a specific focus on HR due diligence and the HR aspects of the process involved. More importantly, I need to speak to someone from the company (involved in the merger/acquisition) for specific information regarding the merger. If anyone can help, I would be highly grateful.
