Am I Eligible for a Salary Increase After My Probation Period Ends in November?

I am Avni, and I have a question regarding the salary increment after the probation period. I joined the company on 27-11-2014, and the company provides an increment after completing the one-year probation. Would I be eligible for the increment amount in November?

As per your information, your date of joining (DOJ) with the company is on 27-11-2014. So, obviously, on 27-11-2015, you will be completing one year. Hence, you will receive an increment this month, I mean November 2015.

As per your information above, the increment depends on the company's Increment Policy. The company may have a Fixed Month policy, DOJ Policy, or another DOC Policy. Please check these possibilities.
