Updated Maternity Policy

Hi all,
Please let me know the updated maternity policy in private sector in India..has this been increased from 3 to 6 months?

Dear Ruchi,
This is a great practice to increase the months from 3 to 6, unfortunately there has been no revision(officially) in this regards yet. The talks are on and proposals are being shared by many, but the act itself is still not final.
So unfortunately this is still 3 months. (Also there is no discrimination for Maternity Policy for Private and Public sectors.)
