Bifurcation Of CTC

We are a manufacturing company in Bangalore. Kindly advise us the bifurcation method of CTC for our employees (Basic+HRA+Conveyance+medical+special allowance) etc., also please highlight on Income Tax saving salary structure for our employees who come in the purview of income tax.

The salary structure seems ok.
1. Since those paying rent can avail HRA deduction as per income tax rules.
2. Deduction for Conveyance is available upto Rs. 800/- p.a.
3. Medical allowance deduction upto Rs. 15,000/-is available subject to provision of medical bills by employees.

Hello,
how can we calculate salary for off roll employee, if the company is not providing PF .
The company is deducting 10% TDS only.
