Training to pursue my career as a soft skill trainer?

HI, I would like to pursue my career as a soft skill trainer but prior to that i have to acquire knowledge on that , hence i need suggestion for soft skill training in distance mode or on line . so please suggest how to build my career and how to prosper in this field.
