Worried About Being Blacklisted After Leaving a Job Quickly? Let's Discuss Your Options

Hi, I joined a company and completed the joining formalities. My ID card was generated, but the appointment letter was not generated, and I didn't sign it. After two days, I realized it was not a good company, so I left the organization and sent a resignation letter. Are there any possibilities of being blacklisted?

Hi Sanjay,

Is that company a member of NASSCOM? If so, yes, you may have some complications.

Yes. That company is a member of NASCOM. However, I am not included in their payroll and I didn't sign my appointment letter. On what basis did they blacklist me?
sanjay276
I never registered on Nascom. So, how is it possible to blacklist me?

Don't worry. You have not signed the appointment letter. You don't know the terms of appointment. If they blacklist you, you can send them a legal notice stating that you have not accepted the terms of the appointment and hence were never their employee. Instead of resigning, you should have mentioned in your letter that you are not accepting their job since the appointment letter was not issued as promised on the date of joining. Nevertheless, the contract has not been signed, so it does not take effect.
