How Can I Recover Unpaid Salary from a Private College with Questionable Practices?

I worked in an MBA college for 5 years as an assistant professor. In August 2015, I left that college by giving them a 1-month notice (as per college rules). The college has not paid me my salary for the months of May, June, July, and 7 days of August. I have informed them many times, but they have not released my salary.

Moreover, that college is a private institution involved in various wrongful activities regarding the inspection of AICTE. I also want to file an RTI for that.

Kindly guide me on how I can recover my salary from that college.

You can raise a complaint against them at your nearby Labor department. It would be better if you could go there in person and check the steps involved.
