Facing Termination for Dual Employment: How Can I Resolve This Mess?

pansrana
Hi, I joined a new company without properly serving the notice period. My previous employer has issued me a termination letter stating that I joined XX organization while on duty, and due to the dual employment clause, they are terminating me. The current company is now also saying it comes under dual employment, although I am only a probationary employee of theirs. Additionally, the previous company has not paid me for that month. Please guide me on what to do now. I have requested a relieving letter, but there is no response.

Regards,
Pratap

First of all, you cannot join another company without being relieved from the last company. It's absolutely wrong, and it will also affect your career. At this point in time, you can request relieving from your last company, but you have already been terminated.
