Can anyone tell me the format of esic inspection register. And kindly inform me that what steps i should take when any accident take place in establisment.

Dear, Just go to an stationary shop where they are keeping labour laws books & charts. Ask them about ESIC Inspection Register & Accident Register (Under ESIC & Factory ACT), everything is mentioned in register. its easy to fill.

Dear,
Minor accident you need to write it down on Accident Register (ESIC & Factory Act).
Major accident you need to write it down on Accident Register (ESIC & Factory Act), Intimate to ESIC online and generate report.

DISH within 24 Hrs.
Nearest Police Station.
