Facing PF Withdrawal Rejection: Do I Need to Visit the EPFO Office in Person?

Hi, I would like to know how to apply for PF withdrawal. I submitted Form 19 and 10C through my employer along with Form 15, but the EPFO office rejected it, stating that I need to reapply. My question is: do I need to personally appear and submit the forms, or can I send them through the post? My EPFO office is in Bangalore, but I am from Chennai. Thanks

First, you need to check why the PF Office rejected your Form (in case DOJ, DOB, DOR are mentioned wrongly). After that, you need to apply through your employer. Just fill out Form 19 & 10C and 15G, along with your PAN Card. Alternatively, fill out the forms and get them signed by the employer's authorized signatory. Then, proceed to submit.
