PF Withdrawal Criteria

Hello
I have a query regarding PF withdrawal criteria.
My last working day was 16 September 2015 and my full and final was settled on 23 October 2015. Do I need to wait for 60 days from the last working day or from 23 October?
Secondly, I read in the PF Act point 69.c that if an employee has resigned and is travelling abroad for a job, then the company should be clearing their PF immediately? Is this correct?

Hi Mr.Dias,
Yes you were right, waiting period of 2 month is not applicable for migration from india for aboard either for employment or settlement.
