Planning a Diwali Activity for 100 IT Employees: Any Fun and Beneficial Ideas?

Hello, everyone. I am an HR assistant and a fresher in the HR field. I work in the IT industry, and we have around 100 employees in our company. I would like to organize a Diwali activity that lasts for 1 to 2 hours. Can anyone please suggest any activity, whether paid or unpaid, that would be beneficial?

Hi Buddy,

First, fix a day before Diwali for celebration and ask your employees to come in traditional dress along with their families if possible on that day. Have a tea party with your MD. This will give your employees and their families an opportunity to interact with other family members of employees and the MD as well. Your expenses will be for some decoration items, tea, snacks, soft drinks, and cake.
