I have attached two Excel sheets for bonus calculation. Please advise on the correct method to determine the bonus percentage based on earned basics or working days.

Dear Friends,

Which amount should be updated in Bonus Form 'C' in column number 7?

For example, is it the monthly amount of Rs. 9759 multiplied by 12, equaling 117108/-, or the Bonus ELIG wages of Rs. 3500 multiplied by 12, equaling 42000/-?
