Please try Cite HR archives.
Type “On the job Training for Accounts/ Materials/ Production” inside the box WHAT DO YOU NEED
that you find in the title bar right above. Choose the options one by one in different attempts.
After typing in the box, press the 'research' button next to it.
You will get lot of information.
You can also refer "Related Information" and 'Download Thread'

Thanks Dear Raghunathan..... I am looking to prepare the high level plan for trainees.
Example..... As I am preparing the plan for HR , Finance, Maintenance department etc..... and the yearly plan should be same for all the department.
