I am going to join a newly established company that undertakes Environment (Wing & Solar) Energy Projects from the Government, i.e., construction/erection. At present, the staff strength is 12 and will be increasing soon as we are getting orders. As I am new to this field, I would like to know what all Statutory Compliance (under HR & Labour Laws) and records need to be maintained. We are planning to have a few workers on the company's roll and also planning to engage contract labor through various labor contractors. Your valuable guidance/feedback will help me to work efficiently.
