I am currently pursuing my PGDM in Human Resource Management. I am planning to undergo a Big Data Analytics Certification. I just wanted to know if it would be helpful for me in the future as an HR professional.

Big Data Analytics is currently favored by businesses as predictive analytics alert and prepare businesses to deal with issues such as attrition or behavioral trends in markets, etc. In my view, it has a promising future.
