1. Are any registrations required to conduct a night shift at Shop & Establishment premises?
2. What compliance needs to be followed for engaging employees in night shifts?
3. Is there any extra allowance to be paid for engaging employees in the night shift?
4. What is the overtime (OT) rate for night shifts?
5. What type of transportation facility should be provided?
6. Can we engage female employees in the night shift?
7. What are the compulsory requirements to fulfill to engage female employees in the night shift?
8. What are the statutory requirements to be followed if employees work on weekends?
9. Is a female security guard mandatory if we engage female employees in the night shift?
