ESI PF Deduction Of Employees

Hi I have recently joined an IT company dealing in software development.
Total no. of employees in our company is 13.
How many employees should be there in company to start ESI and PF Deductions in Pvt. ltd. firm
Is the company eligible for ESI and PF Deductions.

For statutory obligation, 20 employees are required. But if employees and employer wish, it is optional.

Yes you can have ESIC only as PF need 20 employed persons.esi need only 10 persons if your locality is covered under sei act.

Hi, now we have 20 employees working in our company. and minimum gross salary is 8500pm.
which break up is suitable
basic=60%, HRA=30% and others=10%, or
basic=40%, HRA=50% and others-10%, please reply
