Hi, i hv opened a pharmaceutical company(trading).Currently i am recruiting employees. I want to know about the salary structure breakup and tds deductions.

You have not specified location of your co. There are some components (DA, PT etc) which are applicable to specific state.
However, pls find attached sheet comprising different salary structures
You can customize the sheets as per your requirement. For Tax deduction, pls consult your CA/Accounting person.
