Hello PS Dhingra,
I would rather speak for myself than others.....since everyone's experiences & MORE importantly, motives in life are different--BOTH in content as well as scale/level/depth.
I DON'T think I can OR will allow myself to judge those who do Postings with half-baked info OR with some ulterior motives & term them as "unethical fellows". @ the EoD, THEY are the losers, NOT me. For I always try to learn, EVEN while sharing, at least a bit from my participation in even the smallest issue.........whether in CiteHR or anywhere else.
Circumstances bring-out the best OR the worst in people........whether you, me or anyone else agrees with that 'best' or 'worst' or not.
W.r.t the present thread, I DON'T think it's our problem or interest whether one chooses to go to an advocate or anyone else......our PRIMARY focus & motive in CiteHR [as far as I can see & have practiced] is to ensure every Posting/Thread becomes a source of guidance for the future ALSO....REPEAT ALSO..........towards what to do & what NOT to do in such situations & project the possible consequences.
And, as senior members, I have always thought that our Focus should be far beyond the current issue--IF you have noticed, some threads opened/initiated way back in 2011/2012 are still doing the rounds [when the issue wouldn't even exist in THAT form now after so many years]--WHY is for each member to think & figure-out......that too, for me at least, is ALSO a learning.
For better clarity on what I mean, pl see my posting in this thread in reply to Madhu TK, where I elaborated this same aspect.....in a different issue/context.......
