I have completed an MBA in HR and have over 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator. I want to pursue an HR course that will help me advance in my career. Please suggest courses that would be beneficial and recommend institutes that offer such programs.

You are from which location? As Rajeev suggested, experience is better than training. Of course, in some organizations, there may be limitations in the assignments assigned to employees, and they might not even get the exposure to learn. But still, you can plan for self-study.

After completing an MBA in HR, there are two options available:

1. Pursue a PGDM in HR from XLRI, IIMs, or TISS.
2. Opt for certification from SHRM - SCM or SPHR from HRCI.
