Waiting 7 Months for Gratuity from DQ Entertainment: What Legal Steps Can I Take?

I worked in DQ Entertainment Ltd for 7 years. Then, I resigned and received a relieving letter in March 2015. Whenever I ask about my gratuity release, they say they don't know when they will release it and ask me to keep waiting. It has already been 7 months since I have been waiting for my pending amount.

Please give me proper suggestions on what to do now to get my gratuity. Where can I go legally?

Please visit your nearby regional labor office and put forward your grievances in writing to the Assistant Labor Commissioner. Send a copy of the same to DQ Entertainment and then follow up. You will get it soon.
