Hi! I need to fill up the Form 15G as of now, but I want some details from your sample Form 15G. Could you please send a sample of the Form 15G filled out for July 2015?

Form 15-G and Form 15-H have been recently simplified by the Ministry of Finance, and they can be filed electronically or manually as well. I am not aware of whether new formats have been published, but the new forms are extremely simple to fill. If you have urgency, fill in the old form for the time being. Check with the bank or organization with whom you are keeping a deposit; they will guide you. Otherwise, seek help from an elderly friend who may regularly fill out such forms.
