Reg: Accident During The Holiday

Dear Sirs,
I have query regarding one of my company employee got injury with in the premises during the Auytha Pooja festival hoilday. whether can we submit the form 16 (Accident report) to the local ESIC or is there any provisions to solve this issue through ESIC?????

If it is serious then you have to do it or else if it minor accident then you note it down in accident register.

ESIC coverage is on accident in the course of employment. The fact that it was in the factory premises and that the Pooja is connected with the factory and the employment of the person would make him eligible for compensation from ESIC.
