Dear Solanki, Your question, as it is, is not clear to me. You have omitted certain vital facts like whether you are an employee under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, whether the injury you sustained was due to an employment accident, and whether the "temporary disability" you've mentioned is actually temporary disablement as defined under the Act. However, if an employee, irrespective of his eligibility under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, gets injured in an accident while on his duty and undergoes medical treatment for a period of three months, naturally and logically it is the moral responsibility of the employer to bear the expenses as well as pay salary for the period of absence.
