as we know that delhi minimum wages has emerged w.e.f 01/10/2015
unskilled 9178
semi skilled 10140
skilled 11154
now question arise----Basic wage is equal to minimum wages.
if we hire a employees in skilled category (Supervisor) and his per month gross salary is 12000/-
so in this regard i want to know that what would be his compensation break up.
can we set his 12000/- wage like ( basic 9178 conveyance 800 HRA 2022)
or whether it will be like ( basic 11154 and rest in other allowance)
Note:- we were showing the basic 9100 lastly in all workmen category( unskilled semi skilled and skilled)...suppose if employee working as a computer operator having 1+ experience/graduate holder, rate of pay is 12500/- per month so we consider him as a skilled level..so what would be his compensation break up.. we were showing in September salary basic 9100 conveyance 800 and HRA 2600)
is it correct or not...kindly tell me the way..
