.Hi I am a Student of MSW HR. in this last month i am going for dissertation my topic is Employee Well Being but right now .i Could not make questionnaire. I don't know how to make. Please could anyone send me questionnaire on Employee Well being.

You won't learn much if someone gives you a ready-made questionnaire. Hence, please access the web on the topic in question and see what others have done, how and why that way.

Sir I searched in many web portal such Jstor etc.but I didn't get any good questionnaire related to employee well being..
Here I uploaded one questionnaire please suggest me.it will be better for me or not for my topic.

Dear Sajid,
I am not fully conversant with where you would be conducting the survey, whether the workers/staff there understand English and have access to internet, etc. Also, you have not given me the aim and objectives of your study and what sort of sampling you will do, etc.
Hence, I suggest that you access and study some academic papers written on the topic or other related topics and tell me what you intend to do, how and why? In trying to answer my questions you will the find the answer to your question.
